Rescue/Adult Dog Foundation Course starting soon
Rescue dogs and adult dogs with little or no training need a different approach to a new puppy if you are to ensure you have a happy trustworthy pet. You will need to work on gaining their trust, improving their confidence and teaching them to relax in new situations. This applies not just when they arrive in your home but for months and in some cases years afterwards. One of the best ways to do this is to bring them to a neutral area where they can have fun with you and other dogs.
Did you know that we have classes aimed at the rescue dog or adult dogs with little or no training? These classes are run by trainers who have experience of rescue dogs. The training facilities are big , so your dog gets lots of personal space whether indoor or outdoor.
Our next courses are:
Thursday March 29th at 6pm (8 week course)
Saturday the 14th April at 9.30am (6 week course).
If you feel your dog has already made progress in their new life with you then you may like to consider the following classes to take their bond with you to a higher level.
- Obedient family dog
- Beginners agility
- Obedience in town
