As you will remember the first class cycle of the year ended two weeks early due to Covid 19. Effectively you are owed a credit for two weeks of a full cycle. At the time we offered to hold the credit or give a refund, we were delighted that so many people opted to help us by accepting that we hold a credit against their next booking. We only issued three credits! You are a great bunch!
In re-opening we have limited staff, social distancing restrictions and low class numbers, through understandable caution, to contend with and so we have prioritised the needs of those that were booked onto the second cycle first. I hope you can see this as understandable. Those who hold a two week credit from class cycle one 2020, but had not booked cycle 2 at the time of closure, can be assured that the credit stands as promised. This can be taken against any future booking. I make this point as some members now appear concerned. the option to be credited is also there for you. If you require a credit simply email your bank details and credits will be made once the restart is fully underway. We are doing our utmost to bring back as many agility classes, as soon we can, allowing for members availability and requests for specific trainers etc.
