Incessant dog barking
If you have ever lived next to a dog whose owners are out all day and it barks you will understand the emotional chaos this causes. Firstly you are sad and concerned for the dog, secondly you are disappointed in the owners, or perhaps even angry when a quiet word hasn’t worked. Eventually a visit from Environmental Health has resulted in the neighbors not speaking to you and the poor dog being fitted with a bark collar.
Dogs bark for a reason, they are lonely, frightened, bored or addicted to the adrenaline rush they get from barking all of these problems need help and understanding.
