Please help Save Animal Magic Dog Club from closure.
Please make your comments to North Norfolk District Council before 22/06/2015.
Dear Friend
For the last 8 years a neighbour to the Club has been trying unsuccessfully to have us closed down. He has now complained to the Council that we do not have the correct planning permission to run the Club. The Council have required us to submit a planning application for dog training at the Barn and adjacent paddock. We have done this but we do need your support in informing the Council of the:
“REASONS WHY WE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE”
We would really appreciate if you could contact North Norfolk District Council with your comments by the 22nd of June

Some of the reasons why we should be allowed to continue could include:
- How we have helped your dog
- How we have helped you
- What would you do if we were not available
- The calibre of staff who train
- The quality of the premises used for training
- How we help your charity/community
- How we help your business
- Our provision of free education on dog ownership via vets and local press, web site and e-mail
- Our provision of a community hub for all local dog owners, for example advertising lost dogs, free advertising of doggy events, attending public meetings and working parties on local dog issues.
- Our provision of good employment and training in conjunction with Reaseheath Agricultural College
- An excellent use and repair of redundant farm building
- Extensive off road parking with disabled access to classes
- How we operate a good neighbor policy by not training after 8pm and not training on Saturday or Sunday afternoons, not allowing continuous barking, ensuring all poo is removed from site and only operating 40 weeks a year.
Best wishes
Bronwen
