Would you like to be an assistant dog trainer?
The Animal Magic Assistant Dog Trainer Course is a practical “hands on” course with the option to take the nationally recognised Dog Training theory qualification from Reaseheath College. The course will be run by Bronwen Bell-Batchelor Club Manager.
1.The Assistant Trainer Course consists of:
- Pre course reading
- Weekly Interactive fun workshops on dog training theory, effective communication skills, training the foundation course and health and safety, (weeks 1-5)
- Weekly placement in a 10 week puppy foundation course (weeks1-10),plenty of cuddles as well as learning.
- Post class discussion
- Interesting assignments to put your knowledge to practical use.
On successful completion of the practical course trainees will be given a Certificate of Achievement and the offer of a place as assistant trainer with Animal Magic Dog Club.
If following the assistant trainer course you would like to work towards trainer status we suggest that you might like to take the Reaseheath College Certificate of Dog Training Theory (distance learning). This is a nationally recognised qualification and is recognised by the Kennel Club. The next course starts Saturday 7th October at 9.15am. The cost of this 10 week course is £145.00.
